How to Win

Eligibility

To remain eligible, you must:

  1. Attend an RCBC in-person workshop (January 2025 – December 2026)
  2. Be nominated by your office or a Practice Growth Institute team member
  3. Track your stats MONTHLY on the “U”niversary Contest Page

Monthly Tracking Requirement

To stay eligible:

  • Ensure all stats from Jan 2025 – March 2026 are entered and accurate
  • Confirm you are tracking the correct KPI for your role

Deadline: April 30th 2026
Missing this deadline = no longer eligible

Starting May 2026:

  • Submit stats every month (no gaps)
  • Missing 2 consecutive months (May–Dec 2026) = no longer eligible

What You Must Track

Associate Doctors

  • Track Personal Production
  • Total dollar amount of services performed monthly (before adjustments)

Business Managers

  • Track Office Collections
  • Total dollars collected per month
  • If managing multiple locations, combine totals consistently

Financial Treatment Coordinators

  • Track:
    • Treatment Present
    • Treatment Accepted

Testimonial Submission (Required)

To be considered for final judging, you must submit a video testimonial. Testimonial submissions open December 1st 2026, and run through December 31st 2026.

Your testimonials should include:

  • YOUR STORY
  • Where you started
  • Where you are at the end of 2026
  • What you implemented to drive those results
  • Your growth as a leader or team member
  • Impact on your practice and/or team

You are not competing against other offices.

You are measured on your improvment, implementation and results.

You do not need the biggest numbers. You need clear, consistent growth and implementation.
