We are a group of individuals with a desire to inspire others to live up to their potential. Our Coaches and Specialists were handpicked and trained by Jay Geier himself. Our Coaching team is unmatched in coaching ability, motivation, and ability to help drive you and your team to get results, set new records, and create the practice you’ve always dreamed of.

Our mission is to have 1,000 Doctors, netting $1 Million or more, and giving back 10%. It’s a lofty goal, but we are well on our way to making it a reality, one doctor at a time.

What to expect at your workshops

​Workshops are a huge part of our Coaching Programs at all levels. These workshops are where you will get out of your normal day-to-day of your Practice so you can really change your mindset and think ABOUT the business, not just be IN the business. The community of Coaching Members that we have is top-notch and full of like-minded business owners working on a growth plan beyond what the average doctor is doing. We also encourage our doctors to stay in the creative zone not competitive, so that the network of people around you are open, honest, and eager to share and learn from one another.

When you come to your workshops, both our Atlanta and Phoenix Practice Growth Centers are extremely convenient. The Atlanta Practice Growth Center is a quick 3-minute Skytrain ride from the airport and directly adjacent to 5 hotels — no need for a rental car or ubers. Our Phoenix Practice Growth center is a quick 10-minute ride from the airport and in the heart of downtown Phoenix, close to restaurants, hotels, and major sporting arenas.

In between workshops, you’ll have access to both our PGI App and your personalized membership website. Both are designed to help you leverage your membership benefits and be convenient for whether you’re in the office or on the go. You’ll be able to track your statistics, manage your team, and most importantly, have access to all the content at your fingertips.


Additionally you’ll have access to our service team to assist with questions about your membership, to schedule trainings and workshops, and get help with what you need to continue your growth journey. Our coaching support model is designed to help you learn how to solve your scaling and growth problems with proven standards and principles.

The program is not a “get rich quick” program – it will take hard work and is a long term strategy, but if you stay the course it will be more rewarding, both personally and professionally, than you could imagine. Our doctors see great results in New Patients, Collections, and Net Worth Increase – but when we ask them what they’ve gotten from the Coaching program, they typically point to all of the other changes that have happened. Most often they point to them being a better leader, parent, spouse, and person.
